Here’s what to expect when you partner with EON Consulting.
The EON Process
1. Evaluation and Initial Assessment
We’ll meet with your team to discuss key pain points, assess existing technologies and processes, review your goals, and identify where your technologies aren’t currently aligned with your business goals, our standards, and industry best practices.
2. Initial Recommendations and Prerequisite Changes
We’ll design a Service Level Agreement (SLA) specific to your organization’s needs and make initial recommendations to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
3. Commitment and Investment
We’ll ask you to make a commitment and invest in your organization, your people, and your technologies.
4. Procurement, Onboarding, and Implementation
We’ll implement our initial recommendations with as little interruption to your day-to-day operations as possible.
5. Ongoing Support, Proactive Management, and Continual Reassessment
We’ll ensure you fully benefit from your new technologies by managing them on an ongoing basis and in a proactive way. We’ll also schedule ongoing technology business reviews to make sure your technologies are up to date and in alignment with your business goals.
Onboarding Process

1. Introductions
We’ll introduce ourselves to your team and schedule introductions with key points of contact. As part of this process, we’ll walk your team through how to best reach our support team when they need assistance, and we’ll better familiarize ourselves with the way you operate.

2. Existing Product and Services Access
In order to best support you, we’ll need to gain access to your existing systems and solutions. This means gaining access to your existing Microsoft 365 and/or Google Tenants, and other systems.

3. New Product and Services Procurement and Implementation
We’ll complete the procurement process for any new products and/or services and implement them with as little interruption to your day-to-day operations as possible.

4. Standards and Best Practices Implementations
Keeping in mind the unique needs of your organization, we’ll begin the process of implementing our backup, security, and compliance standards and best practices. We’ll also clean up, reconfigure, and reshape areas of your IT infrastructure that need to be addressed.

5. In Depth Discovery and Due Diligence
Utilizing our unique discovery and due diligence processes, we’ll conduct a baseline technology alignment assessment to identify where your new technologies align with your business goals, our standards, and industry best practices.

6. Recurring Technology Business Reviews
Technology alignment should be regularly assessed and deficient areas identified, so that the company strategy can include a path to improvement. Our team will assess your current technology alignment, reassess regularly, and continually set goals. We’ll also provide a hardware inventory and hardware lifecycle report and work with you to develop an IT roadmap for the future.
