What to Expect

Partnering with a new IT provider should feel reassuring, not uncertain. From the first conversation, we follow a clear, proven process designed to understand your organization, strengthen it, and set you up for the long term. Here's what that looks like when you work with EON.

The EON Process

1. Evaluation and Initial Assessment

We start by getting to know you. We meet with your team to understand your pain points, review your goals, and assess your existing technology and processes, identifying where things aren't yet aligned with your business objectives, our standards, and industry best practices.

2. Initial Recommendations and Prerequisite Changes

We’ll match your needs to one of our Service Level Agreements and make our initial recommendations to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

3. Commitment and Investment

This is where we become partners. We'll ask you to commit to a plan and invest in your organization, your people, and your technology, and we'll commit right back.

4. Procurement, Onboarding, and Implementation

We put the plan into motion, procuring and implementing our recommendations with as little disruption to your day-to-day as possible.

5. Ongoing Support, Proactive Management, and Continual Reassessment

This is where the real partnership lives. We support and proactively manage your technology day to day, and we meet with you for regular IT Strategic Planning Sessions to keep everything current, secure, and aligned with where your organization is headed.

Onboarding Process

  • 1. Introductions

We introduce ourselves to your team and connect with your key points of contact. We'll show everyone the best way to reach our support team when they need help, and we'll get familiar with how you operate.

  • 2. Existing Product and Services Access

To support you well, we'll gain access to your existing systems, including your Microsoft 365 or Google environments and other key platforms.

  • 3. New Product and Services Procurement and Implementation

We complete procurement for any new products or services and implement them with as little interruption to your operations as possible.

  • 4. Standards and Best Practices Implementations

With your organization's specific needs in mind, we begin applying our backup, security, and compliance standards, cleaning up, reconfiguring, and reshaping the areas of your IT environment that need attention.

  • 5. In Depth Discovery and Due Diligence

Using our unique discovery and due diligence process, we conduct a baseline technology alignment assessment to see where your technology stands against your business goals, our standards, and industry best practices.

  • 6. Recurring IT Strategic Planning Sessions

Alignment isn't a one-time event. We assess your technology alignment, reassess it regularly, and keep setting new goals together. We'll also provide a hardware inventory and lifecycle report and build an IT roadmap for the road ahead.

Let’s get started on making your organization the most efficient and secure it can be.
